Executive Chef Mark Vecchitto introduces a new, innovative menu moving from fine dining to fun dining. Having over forty years’ experience working in the food industry, Chef Mark has earned a reputation for building beautifully presented, creative dishes. He has a flair for pairing ingredients from various cuisines in a manner that is unique and fresh.
Chef Mark was named Connecticut’s Top Chef in 2015 and has gone on to do many of the Food Network competition shows as well as appearing on WTNH doing 8 Minute Meals and CT Style for four years running.
With 7 Napkins, Chef Mark hopes to share some of his favorite foods like the steamed cheeseburgers that he has been eating since he was three years old. Everything on the menu is chef-style comfort food.
